About Us

Lakeshore Mini Barns has been in operation in Shawano since 2012, but owner Leroy Hershberger has been constructing mini-barns since 2004.

When I moved into the area from Ohio, I decided to go out on my own. It is something I enjoy doing and I thought the product would sell well in this area.

Lakeshore Mini Barns is family owned and operated. We offer 9 basic mini barn styles that are entirely customizable, including loft options, garage packages and cabins as well. Lakeshore Mini Barns can also add features like windows, spray foam insulation and all the flooring is pressure treated.

We offer maintenance free metal siding and also LP smart side (wood) in 17 different colors. We will deliver anywhere in the state of Wisconsin.

We specialize in customization. Very few people come in and buy standard. We always have sheds in stock.

The best part is we are getting repeat customers every year. We look forward to serving you in the future.

Lakeshore Mini Barns built us two sheds. One is used as a garage for our home and the other is used as a hunting cabin. My father in law compared various companies in the area and the quality of construction between each of them, and Lakeshore Mini Barns got the final vote. Our garage was built on site, and the hunting cabin was hauled by them onto the site. They are very accommodating with regard to any special requests or modifications. We added a Pella window to the cabin, a drop down ladder from the loft, interior walls for a separate bedroom, and a mini garage Cordoned-off from the main living area. We chose pequea green with black trim for the cabin, and man is it stunning! We had our garage built on-site in dark gray with white trim to match our home. Everything is impeccable. The quality, the staff and the construction is superb. We highly recommend Lakeshore Mini Barns, and we really enjoyed working with them!

Yes! We offer free delivery within 50 miles of our Shawano location. We also deliver anywhere in Wisconsin for an additional fee

Do you offer financing or rent-to-own options?

Yes! We offer Rent-to-Own specials, including 6 months same-as-cash on select models. Payments can start as low as $81.42/month
